RECENT NEWS New Winchester Senior Center On January 31st, more than 100 people braved frigid temperatures to celebrate the groundbreaking of the New Winchester Senior Center.
New Director at Frederick Senior Center. Melanie S. Jackson has taken over as the new director at the Frederick County Senior Center. Melanie lives in Front Royal with her husband Robert and baby daughter Hannah, who is already a favorite guest of the Frederick County Seniors! Before becoming the new director, Melanie worked with Frederick County Parks and Recreation, Rose Hill Nursing Home and taught school.
