A primary function of the Shenandoah Area Agency
on Aging (SAAA) is to provide information about specific agency services
as well as community information to assist older persons, caregivers,
and family members. It is the first point of access to locate support
resources.

Information and Referral Specialist gives thorough and unbiased
information about
resources in the community.
