SENIOR CENTERS

The Shenandoah Area Agency on Aging offers activities and hot, nutritious noontime meals at seven senior centers in Planning District 7 which includes the counties of Clarke, Frederick, Page, Shenandoah, Warren and the City of Winchester.

SAAA Senior Centers are open to anyone age 60 or better!  Each Senior Center offers meals, activities, trips, conversation and good old-fashioned fellowship.  Senior Center meals are available to persons 60 years of age and older and the participant's spouse regardless of age or disability.  Participants enjoy socialization, current events, activities and trips to local shopping malls and restaurants.  Nutrition and health programs and screenings are presented on a regular basis.

Transportation is provided at most locations for those unable to drive.
